As part of the Singapore-China bilateral cooperation led by Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat and China’s Senior Vice Premier of the State Council Han Zheng, Pureland was appointed as the official co-investment partner of Enterprise Singapore’s investment arm, SEEDS (Start-Up Enterprise Development Scheme) Capital. The company has established its Chinese office in Suzhou Industrial Park and serves as a national-level enterprise accelerator playing a vital role in facilitating innovation and entrepreneurship between private enterprises in China and Singapore. This has promoted interactions between the scientific research ecosystems of both countries and strengthened cooperation between the governments and private enterprises, boosting scientific and technological innovation collaboratively.

Pureland's mission is to incubate and provide medical solutions worldwide. The company focuses on the area of innovative medical technologies and has an investment portfolio covering over ten medical fields, including ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynaecology, and cancer treatment. Throughout its active post-investment support, Pureland helps its portfolio companies to grow and create value while acting as the bridge to actively introduce and launch high-quality global projects and cutting-edge medical technologies to China.

Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Committee Cao Lubao pointed out that Suzhou has a special standing in China-Singapore cooperation. As the first government-to-government project between the two countries, the Suzhou Industrial Park has always played an important role as a "pathfinder." Suzhou is committed to creating the best business environment to help foreign-funded enterprises plant their roots in the city and capitalize on its new advantages as an open economy. Suzhou also attaches great importance to the development of innovation clusters for the biomedical industry. The medical equipment, diagnostics, and digital health are a top priority, and the local government will continue to strengthen policy support and optimize supporting services to create the best environment for business development. Singaporean venture capital funds and incubators, with Pureland as one of the representatives, are in line with Suzhou's policy on the development of the biomedical industry. The local government encourages Pureland and other funds to actively introduce high-quality foreign biomedical investment projects to establish roots in Suzhou and expand their developments. In turn, the government will provide full-service guarantees for the landing and future development of relevant foreign-funded enterprises, working together to forge Suzhou’s biomedical industry.
